2008 Dream Home

This kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind. The large unique island features pull out cabinets, a four bin recycle system, a two drawer dishwasher with cabinetry panels, two tiered countertop incorporating spice drawers and a beautiful area for display. The prep side of the kitchen island features a large apron front hammered copper sink. The kitchen is complete with a built-in breakfast nook.

 

 

 

Hickory floors, lighted niches and built in cabinetry make this great room warm and inviting.

The study in this home has masculine undertones and features a coffered ceiling and wainscot.

The master bath in this home is a statement in sensuality, comfort and luxury. A large stain glass sets the tone using warm colors found in nature. A two sided fireplace between the master bedroom and bath is located above the spa tub.

2005 Dream Home

Built in fridge and coffee maker for that much needed morning coffee, cabinet fronts on the whirlpool tub, plant ledge above the double walk-in shower, granite countertops and elegant backsplash tile all accentuate this master bath.

 

 

 

 

This dining room with inset stained glass panels and an intricate faux finished ceiling with up-lighting provide a warm, inviting ambience for elegant dining.

Plenty of light in this kitchen showcasing high end cabinetry, solid surface countertops, glass block inserts at the breakfast bar, seeded glass cabinet fronts and slate backsplash tile.

Built in cabinetry for the entertainment system and state of the art gas fireplace showcase one wall of this large space. Windows onto the porch and skylites add plenty of natural light. Hickory floors, plant ledges and a wet bar finish off the Dream Home great room.

This quaint space has an 'arts and crafts' feel with the bead board wainscoting, dark trim, built in shelves and invited tiled fireplace. Multiple windows, wall sconces, lamps or overhead lighting provide just the right amount of light.

Note the intricate detail on this elegant range hood that houses built-in spice racks, a six burner gas stove, a pot filler and slate stone backsplash.

Large master bedroom suite features a double tray ceiling with recessed lighting located in each tray. An elegant faux finish is located on the ceiling and a reading book is accentuated by wall sconces.

Outdoor living at it's best - cased openings to allow a breeze, stone fireplace to take out the chill, tile floor for that indoor-outdoor feel, wet bar for entertaining.

This living area boasts a see thru fireplace with a mantle and crown molding distresses, stained and varnished to match the hickory plank flooring.

This family friendly kitchen, breakfast and hearth room include a fireplace, tv, stained vaulted ceiling, window seat for six (ten can eat around the table!) , raised dishwasher, pot filler over the stove and functional island with a wine cooler.

This award-winning master bath has innovative back-to-back vanities and a fireplace over the tub. The shower has both a shower massage wall mounted spray and a rain head.

These shots feature the award winning master bath at our 2002 Parade Site. This luxurious bath included many different elements that blended for a splendid finished product.

Bronze faucets complemented the granite countertops, tile shower and tub deck. A bank of windows extending the length of the room over the tub and shower afforded excellent lighting with maximum privacy.

Custom cabinetry with ball feet brought out the soft details of the porcelain tile floor. Lighted niches on either side of the vanity included a cast stone ledge for the finishing touch.

This gourmet kitchen won the 2002 Best Kitchen Award. Corian countertops and granite for the island set the stage for the custom cabinets used. We used a Rohl apron front sink (not shown) with a separate veggie prep sink in the island.

Symmetry is so important when designing and building your home. The arch in this foyer continues outside to make this entry aesthetic and appealing.

Note the lighted art niche above this gas fireplace. Also the wainscot trim around the column and the double tray ceiling.
